Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Intertech LLC is looking for a highly qualified Project Manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of diverse projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and implement projects;
  • Define tasks, coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, define deliverables and cost estimates in project lifecycle and definition documents, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Develop and maintain information technology plans, which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource availability and allocation;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
  • Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverables;
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, lead quality assurance;
  • Monitor project progress, report on progress as well as problems and solutions as needed;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including all the estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork;
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Work with the technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects;
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables;
  • Ensure knowledge transfer with stakeholders during project and through closeout.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in the computer science or engineering scope);
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent;
  • Proven working experience as a project manager;
  • Knowledge of budgeting and analysis;
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management;
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques;
  • Basic technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Critical thinking and problem solving;
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities;
  • Ability to get the best out of the people and projects that they oversee;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent English communication skills on a native level;
  • Experience in iGaming industry – a big plus.
