DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST
Yerevan, Armenia
InterTech LLC is looking for Data Entry Specialists (shift work) to join the Operations team in the Yerevan office. The incumbents will maintain the entry and integrity of the data related to the corporate systems, entering data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry;
- check source documents for accuracy;
- verify and correct data where necessary;
- obtain further information for incomplete documents;
- update data and delete unnecessary files;
- combine and rearrange data from source documents where required;
- enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms;
- transcribe information into required electronic format;
- scan documents into document management systems or databases;
- check completed work for accuracy;
- store completed documents in designated locations;
- maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks;
- respond to requests for information and access relevant files;
- comply with data integrity and security policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree;
- Proficient with MS Office Suite;
- Good data entry skills, skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data;
- High degree of reliability and accuracy required;
- Ability to work closely with others in a team environment;
- Ability to think and be proactive;
- Ability to take the initiative to accomplish tasks (seen and unseen);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in English language is a plus.
