JOB DESCRIPTION:
Intertech LLC is looking for a highly qualified Project Manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of diverse projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and implement projects;
 - Define tasks, coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
 - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
 - Develop project scopes and objectives, define deliverables and cost estimates in project lifecycle and definition documents, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
 - Develop and maintain information technology plans, which outline project status individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource availability and allocation;
 - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
 - Create schedule and project timeline, track deliverables;
 - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
 - Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs;
 - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, lead quality assurance;
 - Monitor project progress, report on progress as well as problems and solutions as needed;
 - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including all the estimates, project statuses, and project completion paperwork;
 - Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders;
 - Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
 - Work with the technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects;
 - Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables;
 - Ensure knowledge transfer with stakeholders during project and through closeout.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in the computer science or engineering scope);
 - Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent;
 - Proven working experience as a project manager;
 - Knowledge of budgeting and analysis;
 - Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management;
 - Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques;
 - Basic technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
 - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
 - Strong negotiation skills;
 - Critical thinking and problem solving;
 - Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities;
 - Ability to get the best out of the people and projects that they oversee;
 - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
 - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
 - Excellent English communication skills on a native level;
 - Experience in iGaming industry – a big plus.
