Affiliate Manager

We are on the lookout for Affiliate Manager to grow vital affiliate relationships and help scale our affiliate programs through creative thinking and a focus on proven affiliate strategies.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating value to our consumers by evolving and managing new engagement, loyalty and retention, as well as agent programs.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and grow solid relations with affiliates and other marketing partners, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to maximize the campaigns;
- Partner with new affiliates and create long-term client relationships across all our products verticals and key markets;
- Manage, as part of a team, the company’s award-winning affiliate program and platform, including proposing affiliate promotions and initiatives, as well as active participation in loyalty and referral programs;
- Research, source, evaluate, onboard and get approved new affiliates and partners to the program;
- Ensure that the affiliate business is run in the high level of compliance with regulations and best practices specific to each market;
- Perform the necessary due diligence when on boarding new affiliates, ensure that new partners meet our requirements; overall responsibility for the on boarding and sales to prospective partners;
- Overall responsibility for the affiliate management functions with a focus on building professional relationships through effective communication and plans for compliant and profitable growth;
- Perform day to day management and communication for all affiliate initiatives;
- Close cooperation with various teams to ensure profitable business and best in class marketing assets for the affiliates and agents;
- Collaborate with cross functional business partners to facilitate development and delivery of loyalty strategies and marketing activities;
- Build out the customer lifecycle and communication journey to drive enrollments and engagement;
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure alignment with brand equity and voice across all brands;
- Develop a deep understanding of brand and business goals; apply them to loyalty marketing tactics;
- Create, optimize, and evolve retention strategies to retain, grow, and strengthen customer base;
- Monitor, carry out analysis and report on results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports, suggesting courses of action to correct any metrics required;
- Initialize, develop and maintain accurate and relevant reports for the interested internal stakeholders to ensure efficient internal communication regarding the performance of affiliate, loyalty and agent programs;
- Stay current with trends in affiliate and loyalty marketing, identify new potential opportunities and conduct competitor analysis;
- Plan presence and attend industry events with clear objectives and success criteria.
Skills and qualifications
- Highly self-motivated individual
- Experience in digital marketing
- Experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of the industry (at least 2 years)
- Experience to work with affiliate software is a plus
- Positive attitude, proactive personality and can-do mentality
- Strong sales, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret customer data and research into insights that lead to business actions
- Strong project management skills demonstrated by developing, leading, and delivering complex, multi-channel projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent networking skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skill
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in iGaming industry – a big plus.
