REPORTING ANALYST

InterTech LLC is looking for a Reporting Analyst to join the team in Yerevan. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining the business needs when it comes to data and compiling / delivering relevant reports, as well as optimizing the reporting system, ensuring that everyone is aligned when it comes to data and fully able to understand its contents.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Understanding and being up to date with the unique needs of the business when it comes to data;
  • Developing relevant practices and procedures in terms of reporting habits within the company, ensuring a buy-in from all the individuals;
  • Promoting the importance of being data savvy and enforcing data driven decision making;
  • Working transversally across departments in order to fully cover the business needs in terms of reporting and data;
  • Producing relevant documentation to support business decisions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure optimal understanding of the information provided;
  • Working with reporting software and statistical techniques in order to analyze campaigns, AB testing, RoI, etc;
  • Analyzing bulky data and being able to draw relevant conclusions;
  • Creating presentations, graphs, tables and other reporting deliverables to present a user-friendly version of relevant data;
  • Develop performance metrics for the company’s departments;
  • Evaluating BI tools and proposing the best solution for the business;
  • Delivering relevant reports across the company’s verticals.

Skills and qualifications:

  • MBA qualification;
  • Relevant Degree: Statistics, IT / Computer Science, Mathematics – a must;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Tech savvy / tech driven – knowledge in software like SAS, R, SPSS, QlikView, Sisense;
  • Project Management tools – good knowledge;
  • Microsoft Office suite knowledge;
  • Database management and programming – ideally SQL;
  • Advanced analytical, statistical and mathematical skills;
  • Previous experience in a similar role – at least one year;
  • Interest and desire to fully understand the business / business acumen / business mindset;
  • Managerial experience and skills – an advantage;
  • Ability to work within a team – team player;
  • Big data management knowledge – a plus;
  • English language proficiency – a must;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
